Kym moved to the Phoenix Area in 1999. Her relocation to the Valley of the Sun was made during her 15 year successful career with a major Retailer. Her dedication, commitment, and results-oriented work ethic quickly advanced her to the management ranks. One of her most rewarding roles, however, was that of a corporate trainer where she had the opportunity to teach other managers what it took to achieve results. Kym obtained her real estate license in 2002, and quickly found that her wealth of customer-focused skills was applicable to real estate. “Helping people achieve their goals is something I find very satisfying.” Kym states, “and being the essential piece to finding someone’s next home is especially fulfilling for me.”

Tim is an Arizona native. As such, he has seen the landscape drastically change as Phoenix climbed to the 6th most populated city in the nation. “The growth has been phenomenal to what I can recall as a child.” Tim recounts, “I can remember moving to the outskirts of town which would now practically be considered central Phoenix.” Tim obtained his real estate license in 2003, and put his experience and knowledge of the Phoenix Area to work for the people he helps. Tim also has a BS Degree in Business – Management, and also comes from a corporate background in management where he has worked for corporate giants, General Electric and American Express. His focus for those companies was always on delivering World Class customer service and client relationships. “The core values upheld by those companies have been so ingrained in me, that I cannot help but expect the service I provide to my real estate clients nothing short of the absolute best.” Tim also adds, “by incorporating our own core values, such as our unwavering integrity, our sincere goal to helping each of our clients, and our strong desire to exceed their expectations, we are able to deliver a service level beyond what most people are accustomed to within our industry.”
